1. Nature of Service
All our itineraries are custom-made, involving research, planning time, and local expertise. Once work on your itinerary has begun, it is considered a non-returnable digital service.

2. No Refund Policy (Post Confirmation)
Once the itinerary is confirmed or delivered, we do not offer refunds.

This includes cases where the client changes travel plans, postpones, or cancels the trip.

Exceptions are made only if Mapchemy fails to deliver the itinerary within the promised timeline without prior notice.

3. Eligible for Partial Refund (Before Work Begins)
You may request a partial refund if:

You cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it and our team hasn’t started working on it.

In such cases, a small service fee may be deducted for transaction processing.

4. Modifications Instead of Refunds
Instead of refunds, we offer:

One free revision for minor changes to the itinerary (within 7 days of delivery).

Additional revisions may incur a small fee, depending on complexity

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
